Scope
This policy applies to our websites (including www.gdioperators.com and www.gatesanddoors.com), forms, support channels, and any services where we collect, use, disclose, or retain personal information across Canada.
The laws that apply
We follow the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where provincial private-sector privacy laws apply, we also comply with: Alberta PIPA, British Columbia PIPA, and Quebec Law 25. If another law provides greater protection, we apply the higher standard.

- Order/quote & service data: project details, operator specs, site conditions, service tickets.
- Communications: emails, call notes, chat transcripts.

Why we collect it (purposes)
- Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, fulfill orders, and deliver support.

Legal bases & consent

Retention
